Booking is easy and we will work one on one with you to set up your event. First you will need a date and time to plan your event. Once we schedule your event you can choose your project, choose from our package options which type of event will work best for you (see Paint a little or Create more tabs) Once your date and project are scheduled it’s time to let your residents know that Artväna is coming to your community and start getting people registered. We will send you more registration tips during booking and we can also help with promo material design if you need it such as posters and email images to send to your residents.

We mostly offer on canvas art classes and painting parties with many painting options to choose from. We are always expanding or project gallery so check back often.
We will supply everything needed for the art project as well as any tools and paper products needed for the session including paper towels and water. We will bring table covers to protect your surfaces. We will set up and clean up the painting area.
We will need you to have tables and chairs for your group. Each paint station takes about the same room as if someone were going to eat dinner. You are also able to provide or have your guests bring any food and beverage you desire, we do not carry any food or beverage licenses or sell any on site. Alcoholic beverages may be served or brought since these are private ‘invite only’ parties for your residents.
In a nutshell, Artväna will come to your location on a selected date/time. We will set up a painting area for the estimated number of guests attending. When the painters arrive they can check in and pay (depending on your package setup) Then the Artist will guide the session with step by step demo and instruction as well as hands on help if needed. Most events last around 2 hours and painters get to keep their projects that were created. You can either choose the project for your event from our gallery or have us choose one for you.
