🖌 How to Use Your Membership:

Your VIP Code is your full name (e.g., Anna Smith).

Use this code as your promo code at checkout when registering for eligible Artvana classes on Eventbrite.

📅 Important Class Guidelines:
- Only sign up for classes you plan to attend. Your registration reserves your seat, and we prepare supplies just for you.
- Need to cancel or switch a class? No problem—email us at [email protected], let us know you’re a VIP, and we’ll assist with the change.
📌 Rules & Restrictions:
Your VIP Pass is for you only and cannot be transferred or used by someone else.
Your membership must be active to attend classes for free. If it becomes inactive and you’re registered for future events, we’ll contact you to either reactivate or cancel.
Some special events (like fundraisers or annual retreats) may be excluded from the pass. If a class is not eligible, it will be clearly stated in the event listing.
VIP members do not earn punches in our loyalty program.
Artvana reserves the right to revoke your VIP Pass at any time, for any reason, including—but not limited to—repeated no-shows, misuse of the pass, or violating event policies. This ensures fairness and availability for all our members.
